1.Introduction:

It’s been an honor and pleasure for working our respected instructor Noor-E-Hasnin. While working on assigned project the experience we gained is something to cherish for a lifetime. As we were asked to make an in depth managerial analysis on any organization, we choose a Wi-MAX Internet service provider in Bangladesh named Banglalion.

The Internet has transformed our lives. For today’s youth and business sector it is hard to imagine life without the internet which has had an amazing effect on our lives. In the internet age communication had been made easier than before such as E-mail, instant messaging, VOIP (voice over internet protocol) through Skype and Google voice etc. Moreover, internet has made online banking, online university, online training and seminar, research, online purchasing, freelance writing and worldwide media accessibility possible.

Bangladesh has seen significant change in the telecommunication sector in the last decade. Now it is also experiencing a rapid growth in demand for high speed internet service. To fulfill this need of mass people three Wi-Max internet service providers are working constantly in Bangladesh and among one of them is Banglalion. Their 4G enable wireless technology is capable of offering quality high speed internet for this huge market. Besides, providing internet service, Banglalion is playing a major role to enhance the standard of living of the people of Bangladesh.

2. Scopes of the project:

* Full time supervision from our instructor.

* Ease of information via internet.

* Ample information from Banglalion office.

* Co-operation of the authority of Banglalion.

* Dedicating team members.

* Limitations of the project:

* Lack of in depth information in some parts due to the denial of disclosing some

Information for security reasons by the authority of Banglalion.

* Study load of other courses.

* Electricity problem slowed down the project. (Load shedding)

* Lack of experience.
