They require a child to develop and use hand-eye coordination, spatial sense, and math skills. In other words it can be said that video are not that bad.
What really is the harm in playing video games? So far, we have focused mostly on the effects of playing violent games which I believe can be hurtful when played frequently and over a long period of time. I also believe that highly violent or sexual games such as those that show gruesome and bloody killing can be harmful even in the short term.The freedom to hurt other people without any consequences is the attraction to minors of these kind of games, this according to psychologist Mariana Leal 'In these video games the violence is allowed and you 're not being punished on the contrary you are rewarded for ending the lives of others. Many parents use video games as trophies for their childs good behaviour. As time is passing many violent video games are being realeased obviously the child would like to buy them. To fight back the side-affects of such videogames the child should concentrate more on the outdoor activities. He should spend more time with his family.
