Exercising is a very important aspect for the human body.Exercises makes your body stronger and faster,and the most important,it makes our bodies healthier.Exercising and sports have always being part of my life.It helps me relax the mind.Whenever something is bothering my conscious,I like to do sports or exercises,for the fact that,it distracts my mind from the “headache”.When I’m working out,all of my focus goes to the pain and on getting my muscles stronger.Makes me feel like all the problems are far away.
When I started college,the first thing I looked for was the gym.Even though the gym is amazing,I was still looking for something different to keep my body healthier.On my research I discover an exercising activity on the campus called Boot Camp.Since I m a person who is always looking forward to try new things,I decided to go to it.I was told that lots of body exercises are done there,and that the instructors push you to do your maximum.
I was excited to start the Boot Camp class,I was wondering what kind of exercises they were going to make us do,and if the work out was going to be really intense.Suddenly,the instructor comes in and turns on the stereos.The music started to get our bodies pumped up for the exercises.”Let’s start this!” those were his first words.
At first, he started doing lots of exercises that would work out the leg muscles, such as lunges,squads and jumping.Since I play soccer a lot,I had no problem getting through the exercises.But still,after ten minutes I had already started to sweat.I liked the sweating,because
