Introduction:-
As the world is getting much smaller and people start travelling throughout the world often, travelling & tourism companies have became one of the most successful business, people get different aims of been a world tour, some might be looking for happiness and other for knowledge. No matter what they travelling for, they will be in need to services, such as ticketing, transportation, and accommodations. So we have selected Bardia Company to know what kind of problems it facing, how the company dealing with its competitors, and we will find out what we can provided to the company to get it served by us. Company background:-

Bardia travels & Tours Company is one of the known companies in Malaysia, which is serving in the travelling & tourism filed, the company started in 2010, Aug, 20th. The company was located in Wisma Central; Address: Jalan Ampang, 50450, Kuala Lumpur, but lately it moved to Berjaya Times Square 1 Jalan Imbi 55100 Kuala Lumpur. Inside the mall where all the tourists shop around there. The founder of the company is Dr. Sief, he is from Sudan, was born and lived till he reached 38 of his age in Sudan, he came to Malaysia in 1998 to do PHD, and he was a part timer employer in travelling & tourism company, so he has got the idea of coming up with his own company from there, in 2008 he tired to start his own business but he couldn’t make it done, because he has no enough capital and some other issues, in Dec 2009 he introduce his business to other businessman, so they shared their idea s plans and capital and they came up with this business. When the company started in Jan 2010 there were no more customers and they had some difficulties of paying the rental and getting some other expenses, that was happening because the company was unknown in the market, and they had no more regular customers, but in Dec 2011 the company was sharply income increased, so they company was extend and start planning to move from the first location to some other place, where they can target more customers and be seen by more tourists. In Jan 2012 the company moved to Timesqure, which is the current location, and there are more than 6 employee in the office, and the company plans to get much wider. Bardia company does helps people with providing such a good tickets offer, and it does linked with more than 121 hotels in Malaysia, so through them you will also be able to book hotels, and they have professional drivers, the company dose target the middle east customers, and all of the Arab people so the company provides Arabic drivers so they can get communicate well.
