Synergy

General purpose: To inform.

Specific purpose: To inform my Audiences about the importance of Synergy and teamwork in any issue.

Central idea: the importance of Synergy is maximizing the outcome and eliminating the weakness.

Introduction: -

I-Attention Material: -

1.do you know what is the answer of 1+1?
2.it seem like a ridiculous questions but you will be amazed when you find that 1+1=3 or more.

II-Orienting material: -
So what is Synergy: - Synergy is achieved when two or more people work together to create something better than any one could alone.

III-Central idea: -
Synergy is important for two main reasons: -
1-First actually comes from the definition which is the creation of something better than any one could do alone.
2-Second is that it eliminates the weaknesses that every individual alone might have.

(Transition: Lets talk about the first importance of Synergy.)

BODY

I. Creation of amazing things: -
Synergy is more than just compromise or cooperation.
Compromise is “1+1=1.5”
Cooperation is “1+1=2”
Synergy is”1+1=3”or more. It is creative cooperation.
The whole is greater than the some of the parts for example: -builders knows all about it.
If one “2*4” beam can support 607 pounds then “2*4” beams should be able to support 1214 pounds Right? Actually if you nail two “2*4” beams together they can support whopping for 4878 pounds and three “2*4” beams nailed together can support 8481.so it is with people .we can do so mush more together than we can alone.

II-eliminates the weaknesses: -

Synergy gets the best out of everyone and eliminates their weaknesses. Have you ever seen a flock of geese heading south for the winter flying along in a V-formation? Scientists have learned some amazing things about why they fly that way:

By flying in a formation the whole flock can fly 71% further than if each bird flew alone when a goose flaps its wings it...
