Due to the fact that Type 1 diabetes are something that one is born with, it requires extra attention and close detail to diet and exercise as well as blood sugar levels. Type 2 diabetes patients still produce some insulin, just a low amount. Many times, Type 2 diabetes can be managed with medication instead of insulin injections. A third type of diabetes include one that it onset to woman during pregnancy. This is known as gestational diabetes, and can be temporary.
