According to Cantorina and Reyes (1996), “manual sysem” of retrieving, maintaining, security, filling records consume time and efforts. Thus redundancy of data takes place. The processing files and it must avoid duplication of records.
The advancement of technology through the use of c0mputers brought change in many changes in business organization. According to Sevilla and Evatanosa (2000), in the society today has come to an age of modernization and speed trend of technology. “Everyone who uses modern equipment such as computers, in exchange for manual one, even manual billing system is being computerized for the general reason of performing more tasks in less time and effort .” one of the purpose why modernize system is are being developed is to give companies satisfaction . And so, the researchers must develop the billing system which lessens the time
