This study is taken for the fulfilment of course MBM [PM] of North Maharashtra University Jalgaon. This training is undertaken within September 2012 to October 2012 the main purpose of training was to know the application of theoretical aspects in our course in corporate environment and gain first -hand experience and expose our self to corporate policies, ethics, culture , practices, procedures facts about the work culture and policies of the company.
OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
To understand the organization structure of the company. To understand the working of Human Resource department.
To enable us to insight the corporate world.
To understand the responsibilities and duties carried out by HR department. The study is aimed at understanding how HR personnel work in real situation.
SCOPE OF THE STUDY
oThis study is conducted at Big Bazaar Jalgaon.
oIt aims at study of company’s organization structure, HR department and policies.
LIMITATION OF STUDY
oTime limit is the major constraint.
oAs per the company’s rules many information were not disclosed. oThe hr personnel were too busy in their schedule it was not possible to spend much time with them.
