Best Buy

In this world, there are a lot of different types of technology. Today, we have cell phones, color televisions, computers, play station 3, x-box, and so much more. With there being a lot of technology, there has to be some where to sell all the different types of technology that this world has and still inventing. Wal-Mart, target, cell phone companies, and American are just the few of the stores we have in the United States and out side of the United States that sell electronics. The one best known store that we have in the United States and out side of the United States that sell everything that you can think of electronic wise is Best Buy. Best Buy has items from DVD’s all the way up to carpet cleaners. Best Buy is known for their high ethical standards and how they are as a company. Customers are Best Buy’s first priorities and then their employees. Best Buy has a comment box on their website that customers can go to let the company know how the company is doing and what they can improve on. Why do you think Best buy has been able to gain competitive advantage in the retail electronic met while also driving many initiatives to support sustainability? I think that Best Buy has been able to gain competitive advantage in the retail market by the way the run their business. Best Buy is a very proud/ caring business. They try to help their customers and their employees in any way they can. I also think Best Buy is doing great in the retail market because they have now shifted their attention to teenagers. Teenagers are the target for every growing company that is tries to make it in the world. Teenagers I think are a great target because we love technology. We love to be on the internet, we can’t go with out our cell phones, and we always have to have the new thing. So, Best Buy grabbing teenager’s attention is a great thing because I think they will get a lot of profit just within the teenagers. Do you think the...
