If a person will consider the time then their body may have been out of shape, it is only natural that it will take time to get it back into good condition. It's very important that the person exercising keeps frequent blood gluecose monitered when having diabetes. Symptoms of heat exhaustion or heat stroke are dizziness, headache, nausea, and much more. Some people have had heart problems from exercising even have died from it. This usually happens from exercising too hard or for too long. A person should always be at a pace that he/she can handle. Social benefits is one of the best ways to meet new people while exercising. Exercising too hard is not a good idea. If he/she exercising has diabetes and require insulin than the active participation in the management of his/her condition essential. Heat exaustion or a heat stroke are also risks of exercising. Exercising is a very healthy habit to get into. As long as he/she does it in a safe way.
