Being Active
The human body is something I think people take for granted. It has a more profound purpose than most perceive it to be. It should be treated with the utmost care and respect. Being active is one of the many ways you can take of your body and what I think is the most important. You can be active by partaking in one of various sorts of physical activities. Physical Activity is one of the most vital things you can do for your health. In today’s society, being overweight and obese is an ongoing epidemic that America cannot control. People eat, eat, and eat but have no type of exercise in there life. You have to balance out what you consume with physical activity. Being active comes with a lot of benefits. You can control your weight, be fit, stronger, reduce your chances of heart disease, and it simply can make you a happier person. Being active can also be a way for you to just blow of steam. It is a stress reliever. When I work out I feel great and like I have no worries. I just love the adrenalin rush and energy I possess when I’m working out. I use being active as a motive to be motivated. If I have no motivation I just find something to be active, whether its playing sports or working out, and it makes me feel like I can succeed at anything. Being active is one of the most essential decisions a person can make. It is the starting point to living a wonderful life. Being active is for anyone no matter what race, religion, color, size, shape, or form. If it increases your chances of living longer and makes life better, why not do it?
