If so, how can these behavioral competencies be identified, developed and harnessed to enable organizations facilitate smoother organizational development? The target population would be non-managerial staff in Human Resources Management since they are the ones that are in the front line in communicating and implement change management programs. The research technique will involve use of both case study and descriptive design by administering questionnaires and later analyzing data collected using quantitative and qualitative methods then coming up with conclusions based on key findings.
