Put your behavior change plan into action for 4 -6 weeks. Keep a 4-6 week daily log of your experience, evaluating your progress. This will be turned in with the paper. Also, choose another article relating to the behavior you are making. Now is the time to summarize your experience. Include the following information in your two page paper, using APA format and make sure you reference both articles at the end of your paper: a. The measurable behavioral objective.
b. The results, both successes and failures, of your action plan program in relation to your measurable objectives c. What were the physical, emotional, and mental benefits that you achieved? d. Knowing what you know now, what would you have done differently to make your plan more successful? e. What did you learn about yourself?
f. Based upon this experience what is another behavior/situation you would like to change? g. Choose another journal article related to the behavior change you are making. Explain if the article you found assisted you with overcoming the barriers and contributed to the success of your behavior change program or if it did not help. h. Compare the two articles from Part 1 and Part 2. Which was the most helpful to you personally? Which was more credible? i. How could this assignment be improved?
j. Reference the two articles at the end of your paper using APA format k. Attach your 4 – 6 week behavior change daily log.
