    The Bead Bar is a company which is experiencing vast growth.   This company has not taken advantage of current technology and continues to operate its business on paper.   This has slowed the communication and data transfer of the company and has cost the company much difficulty along with loss of revenue.   Currently, the company has locations all over the United States and requires an appropriate networking system.   This paper will discuss the Bear Bar company and provide a recommendation to bring the company into the 21st century by networking the offices and different divisions of the Bead Bar company.   While the paper method was effective for the first Bead Bar studio, it is no longer efficient or sufficient for this vastly expanding company.

    Malaga (2005) informs the Bead Bar is a company which was founded in 1998 by Meredith S. with the first studio being opened in New Canaan, Connecticut.   The studio provides the necessities to make beaded jewelry, and patrons come into the studio and create their own original necklaces, bracelets, and other jewelry.   Creating one's own beaded jewelry has obviously created a fashion craze as the company has grown significantly over the past several years.  

    The company now has three divisions which include the six studios.   The studios are overseen by the Vice President of Studios Suzanne S. The next division is the franchise division which there are five of and is overseen by Leda H. The Final Division is the Bead Bar on Board division which supplies cruise ships and is overseen by Mitch H.
