Japan verses America in Health care Conflict Management
In the early 1800s people never heard of Healthcare Reform as well as conflict management. When the healthcare industry began to grow the American people and the Japanese people saw the change in their country. Japan healthcare management is required to provide their patients with quality healthcare services. Physicians in Japan plays a dominate role in healthcare management. Japan healthcare cost is 6.8% of gross domestic product as well as a longer life expectancy. Japan healthcare is system is strict they require all their citizens to get health insurance. Health insurance is given to employed citizens as well as unemployed citizens. For those who are poor the government is responsible for them. In Japan they hold high standards, quality, goals, and low cost with their healthcare organization.
America healthcare has been in crisis for many years, and one reason is because America is greedy. It has not been for the citizen it has been for the governmental system. In Japan it about the quality of care and the government make sure that it is happening in their country. In Japan it a requirement to have healthcare and it also made available to everyone. In America the president is trying to work on an operation for healthcare reform, so that it can benefit the people and not the governmental system. Japan has a healthcare reform that is why it runs as smooth as it does because it was well thought out. They were not selfish to their citizen in providing what is most needed to maintain good health. American people are not required to have healthcare insurance. Most people receive health insurance from their employers, and some from governmental assistant. Either way it goes America pay out things through tax, and the working citizens are paying for the poor to have insurance.
