Simply Baking a Cake
People like to improve their skills on new things like trying to make many new desserts everyday, which enables them to explore new tastes. A usually sweet course, of pie, cake, or ice cream, served at the end of a meal. Cakes are one of the most intriguing desserts in the world, because they come in various shapes, flavors, and tastes. Ever wanted to make something really easy and fun? Baking a cake is extremely easy and very fun for individuals who are just learning how. Ever wanted to make a birthday cake for a loved one? Cakes are great to bake for someone's birthday, an anniversary, a dessert, or just to surprise someone with a treat. Well, here is how to make a simple birthday cake. All that will be needed is a little time, love, and a few items from the grocery store. The ingredients and equipments needed are, a boxed cake mix (the favorite of the birthday person), shortening, eggs, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla flavor (or another flavor of your choice) ready to use icing sugar. Then, the measuring utensils; measuring cup, mixing bowl, a cake mixer, or alternatively a spatula, measuring spoons, and the baking pan. The size of the baking pan depends on the amount of cakes that an individual would like to bake, two-8x8 inch cake pans or one-9x13 inch pan. The pans should be deep and round, so the cake can rise while baking. Before starting the baking process the oven must first be pre-heated to 350 degrees F. Then the hands of the baker must be washed along with the baking area to ensure no germs or other hazardous bacteria. The directions on the cake box will be read thoroughly to ensure everything needed for the baking has been purchased and ready to be used.
