Some examples of the bias fallacies and specific rhetorical device in the speech are when Kane spoke about Governor Jim Getty’s as an evil person. This is just an opinion and not facts that support the argument. This was establishing by Kane to win as Governor. This was a false idea because the election has not even started. Another misconception, Kane spoke about the decent ordinary citizen to protect the undererprivileged, the under paid and the underfed. Kane opinion was that the group was dishonest, gave false hope, and most important made promises the public that the group did not intend to fulfill. Rhetorical devices were to indicate and make the public the dishonesty when he spoke about Jim Getty’s political machine. Complete control it was his personal opinion.                                      

The speaker did not address an argument of counterarguments. No evidence of fact that supports the speech it his   personal opinion. Kane never talk about what he was doing. No information provided for the state regarding what he would do as governor. No promise was made because their were no induction he was going to be elected. This statement suggests that he concludes that he hopes to be elected. He made no campaign promises because a few weeks ago, Kane had no hope of wining the elected Kane also spoke about the people in his best interest. Although Kane made an attempt to agree that his boss Jim Getty political group was in complete control of the government. [continues]
