Six of the Most Common Bad Habits That Harm Your Skin

Your skin is the most delicate and perfect organ what you have. Without it, you could not live. You have to be very careful with your skin because exist some bad habits that you do and you do not have any idea that these habits have negative effects in your skin. Sometimes you terminate with the appearance of your face and most importantly your skin health. For this reasons you have to know six bad habits that harm your skin.
First, sleeping with makeup contributes to premature aging. Most of the time, after a party you are very tired, and the only thing you want to do is go to bed and fall asleep, but you have to clean your face, even more if you are wearing makeup. This is because at night our skin temperature increases and blood pressure rises which favors greater absorption in our skin. If you do not clean your face, your pores will be filled with toxins; therefore, will favor the appearance of blemishes and premature aging. Second, sun exposure cause blemishes in your skin. Our daily skin is exposed to UV rays which stain the face over time, so it is good to use sunscreen. If you do this you will have blemish-free skin. Third, another bad habit is smoke. Smoking is not only bad for your health, but it is also bad for your beauty. The amount of toxins which have a cigarette gradually destroys the cells of the skin and promotes premature aging. Forth, alcohol abuse is another bad habit that worsens your skin. Alcohol causes the body to become dehydrated; likewise, your skin becomes dry. If you drink almost daily you possibly get wrinkles at an early age. Fifth, little sleep is a common bad habit that may affect your skin health. At night the skin cells regenerate and rest longer.
