ABSTRACT

Name of Institution: Harrell Horne Integrated School
Address: 3 Basa St. Phase 2-A, BPS,Molino V,Bacoor, Cavite Author: Ronnelyn Grace C. Chan
Degree: Secondary Education
Date Started: January 8, 2010
Date Ended: February 14, 2010
Objectives of the Study :
* To know what the youth can contribute to help lessen the effects of Global Warming. * To have a wider knowledge about what Global Warming is. * To be fully aware about the effects of Global Warming.

* T o know the awareness level of the youth towards the current issues about Global Warming Scope and Coverage: 34 High school students of Harrell Horne Integrated School Methodology: Descriptive Method

Conclusion:
* If there will still be no solutions applied, it is expected that the matters will be worse when it reaches the year 2100. * The youth can play a very vital role towards saving the environment even by doing simple things that are often ignored and taken for granted.

* The youth’s awareness is high and most of them are willing to help save the environment but needs more motivation and more education to have the courage and to strengthen their will to help. Recommendation:

* The youth must be given support and must be motivated more to help increase their awareness and build a drive and initiative to help. * The youth will inherit the responsibilities to save the environment so they must be encouraged to do their responsibilities and must have the proper knowledge. * Even the simplest things like recycling, reusing and reducing can be of great help towards saving the environment. The youth must not think that they have limited power to help save the environment and they must be encouraged to be more responsible in their own simple ways.
