Reflective practice is the ability to concern about task, perform, actions we done. It is oportunities to reflect on our experience, review situation how we managed and access how we can impove this situation in the future. Each situation have a different outcome positive or negative .That helps us in the future to make the right decisions in a particular situation and allows us to learn from our mistakes. B)why is reflective practice important?
Reflective practise is important becouse it will help us to learn from past what go well and what didn’t .We now what we need to improve, which information need to be search. Reflect how we did, how you could do when this situation happened again. Everyone experience is helpful knowledge for new staff .It will help develop and impove in own work place. c)how reflective practice contributes to improving the quality of service provision? Reflective practise contributes to improving the quality of service provision. Becouse every time when we providing quality of care it important to reflect what we done before, how we could do better, could do something different, it is important to plan how we do next time to provide the best care standard. d)how standards can be used to help a social care worker reflect on their practice? Standards they are guidelines line for all social workers. They have to follow every day when performing any tasks in work place .These standards are to help social worker to completed task with required standards. It gives you something to measure your performance . If you are not meeting the required standards ,when you reflecting on the task which you done. It makes you think what you have done and what you can do improve requirements to meet standards.
