Attached is the report you commissioned into PrimeEarth. Within this report I have fully investigated the detailed questionnaire distributed to employees 3 weeks ago, surrounding employee current attitudes. I do have to agree with you that an improvement needs to be made, and needs to be made quickly surrounding employee communication at EarthPrime. Within this report I have outlined the major areas that need review in the findings of the report and suggested some possible changes that can be implemented at EarthPrime in the recommendations section. I look forward to further communication with you and hope that the communication changes suggested in the attached report can help EarthPrime’s internal communication to move forward in a more positive light.

Introduction
The issues to be addressed by this commissioned report into communication at EarthPrime is to firstly understand the current state of communication within the company and identify what communication factors need addressing and finally suggesting some solutions to the current issues to allow all employees within the company to communicate and interact more effectively. The boundaries of this investigation report will only cover internal communication within the company, no outside information from clients, external parties or the general public will be included, with the information collected remaining as external neutral as possible. This is due to the fact any external company information may not relevant, it may skew the result or provide irrelevant information to addressing the current communication issues within the company. The data collected from the questionnaire survey had a wide scope internally with the data being collected from the whole company ranging from head management in Wellington to those clerical and technical staff in other centres. The total scope is narrow however as it does not question the scope of the whole communication picture with external parties and with wider public.

Methodology
The method used to collect data from EarthPrime was via a detailed questionnaire regarding employee attitudes. This 13 question survey covered staff morale and attitude which had questions regarding the goals of the organisation, reporting structures, job fit within the company, information and communication paths, attitudes regarding head office and management, meeting relevance and the internal magazine publication.
