Target audience characteristics
Geographic Segmentation
Collecting and analyzing information according to the physical location of the customer or other data source. Geographic Segmentation is often used in marketing, since companies selling products and services would like to know where their products are being sold in order to increase advertising and sales efforts there. OZ Car Wash is developing in Sydney, NSW located in St Leonards suburb.
St Leonards has a commercial centre that complements the role of Chatswood, Lane Cove and North Sydney as one of the centres for business on the North Shore of Sydney. St Leonards contains one of Sydney's suburban skyscraper clusters, with major offices for many large companies including Toyota Financial Services, IBM, Lenovo, Oporto Chicken & Burgers, Manchester Unity, 3, Savvytel, Leighton Holdings,Macquarie Media Group and Channel 31 TV Studio . The NSW Department of Education and Training host their Information Technology Directorate in Herbert Street. Gore Hill Technology Park is the site of current Fox Sports television studios.

Demographic Segmentation
OZ Car Wash could be divided demographically in:
Gender: male / female
Age: 20 to 60 years
Occupation: people who is currently working in a full time job, with a diploma or university education completed.
Nationality: all the Australian residents.

Psychographic Segmentation and behaviour
The target audience spend most of their time during the week in the office and don’t have so much free time during the day, their lifestyle is based in having a successful carrier but also, enjoying the weekend with friends and family.
Time is short during the week, so they need every kind of service to be fast and with a good quality.

Product market factors
The market trends for the car washing industry has been a gravitation from hand washing to automatic washing machine facilities. This trend has been changed by the progression of technology. The

    In the past recent years, the US has experienced major tragedy from gun violence. The Century movie theater shooting which resulted in killing of 20 people and injuring 58 others. There was Clackamas Town Center shooting in Oregon which a gunman open fire with an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle killing two people and injuring two others. The most horrific shooting was the notorious Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting, which resulted in the in the death of 26 people from a man with a high powered rifle.
