Assessing your own leadership capability and performance

The purpose of this unit is to develop understanding and ability to lead teams to achieve organisational values and goals as required by a practicing or potential middle manager.

To use the following heading shown below when writing up your assignment:

Understand leadership styles within an organisation

Review the prevailing (existing / found) leadership styles in the organization and to make a judgment about the leadership styles using a combination of evidence and an appropriate and correct theoretical model(s).

You are then required to use appropriate criteria to assess and make a judgment about the impact (impact = l-effett li din thalli fuq il-company) of the prevailing leadership styles on the organization’s values and performance. Review the prevailing leadership styles in the organization
