Aspect of Psychology

Task1 conduct three of the following experiments, record your reaction and Be specific for each experiment. Task2: write a paper that describes adaptation and how I had experience it in my experiments which are experiment 1,2, and 4. I will describe the process and results of the experiments that I had chosen. By explaining sensory adaptation, the key concept, by explaining how adaptation is evident in each of my experiments that, I had performed . This description includes what happens from receptors to the brain. Because adaptation is very important and is how we may use our five senses like: taste, touch, sight, sound or games, people, sensory adaptation in it simple form is a sense(or senses)adapting to change.

Experiment1:Rub your fingers gently over a piece of very coarse sand paper a few times and rate it’s coarseness on a scale from1(very soft)to7(very Coarse). After a minute or two, rub the same finger over paper again rate it coarseness. Did your perception of the coarseness change? how? Record your reaction. When I rub my fingers gently over a piece of very coarse sand paper a few times for a few seconds felt weird the first time the rate were about7 still very coarse after a minute or two. Then I had rub the same finger over the paper again and it seem to be soft and smooth like a baby. Yes my perception has change of the coarseness seem to be soft. I had rub the same finger twice and got two different perspectives on the same finger. Experiment2. Prepare one cup with sugar water and one with fresh water. Take a sip of the sugar water and swish it around in your mouth for several seconds without swallowing it. Gradually it should taste less sweet.(dispose of the sugar water)from your mouth. Then taste from the cup containing fresh water. Did the taste of fresh water...
