Environmental abuse, violence, crimes, territorial issues, child abuse, prostitution, and poverty. Our country is facing a lot of crises and dilemma. These problems arise and pose risk in our lives. With all of these alarming incidence, is our country still a better place to live in?

It is an honor for me to be chosen as a nominee for the National Discipline Award. It has always been my desire to be a productive citizen of our country, and to be role model to my fellow youth. I am accepting the challenges brought by this great privilege. It encourages me to instill in the young minds the importance of discipline, and to set a good example that others can follow.

To restore our country is not an easy thing, and to make it a better place can be as difficult. But in my own simple ways, I believe that I can be able to help. I will be an example of a disciplined person. I will be responsible with my actions, and I will share my knowledge and talent. I will inspire and enlighten other people. I will encourage others to do their part and also take actions to show their concern and love for our country.

As the song goes, "Together we stand, divided we fall." Simple acts can go a long way as long as we will work hand in hand. I believe that the combined effort of each individual can help change our present condition.

"The youth is the hope of Fatherland." We will suffer if we still don't move. So what are we waiting for? Let us initiate the advocacy, and together, let us make our country a better place to live in.
