The bones inside every human being are what make humans, humans. Without bones, humans would be balls of fat. Therefore bones are very vital and must be taken well care of all the time. There are tons of diseases and conditions that affect bones severely; one of the best well known diseases is arthritis. Arthritis is the result when two or more joints meeting improperly, causing stiffness, swelling and limited movement. The property of a joint is to move the body parts connected by its bones. Sadly, there are over a 100 different types of arthritis.
The cartilage is what connects the joint to the muscle. It makes people more robust and able to stand against different obstacles. All parts of the body work together to make sure the body can move and find food and shelter. Because of this, arthritis is a devastating disease. Imagine how you would feel, not being able to move yourself without experiencing pain.
Sadly, there is no cure for arthritis. People have speculated about the effects that diet can have on arthritis, but the only thing that can truly counter arthritis is managing your diet and weight.
The more shock cartilage sustains, the more it deteriorates. It breaks down with every jump, skip, and step. As it is an autoimmune disease, the tissue turns on itself which causes most of the discomfort. When arthritis strikes, it’s like your body is attacking it’s self from the inside.
The symptoms can manifest themselves in many ways. Some symptoms include warmth around the injured area, tightness, and an inability to move the specific body part. Arthritis is non-curable, but it is treatable. Often, the inflammation goes away after the injury has healed, the disease is treated, or the infection has been cleared.
