Prologue

The moon shone brightly and cast a faint, pale silver glow on everything in its light, bar my wolves that were encircling around me, watching the village down in the valley below ablaze and relishing the people’s screams as they caught fire and burned alive. They could hear those ear piercing screams since their hearing was twenty times better than that of ordinary humans. Those screams were quite quiet to me since all of us were situated on a cliff edge at the opposite side of the valley, I was sitting down thinking of the night Kayla died.
Your probably wondering what I meant by my wolves or you think I’m completely out of my mind and that no wolf can be tamed by a mere human, I might be totally human and yet I might not be; but you’ll find out soon enough, that I can promise you.

I am the leader of a pack of nine wolves and just if you’re wondering, they are from the wilderness they are Artemis the Greek god’s property.   Two of the wolves may sometimes appear human but that was because they are special in some way but I still have not figured that out yet and I think it will take a lot longer to, thought they have told me they were not human to begin with.
Should I start then, because if I do not then it won’t ever be told, then the people who are in the wrong will never be put to justice. It is still going on, and is not as bad as it used to be. Now that the right people are in control of the ongoing situation, you will know more about what is going on soon too.
