The present plan aims at submitting a comprehensive study and overview of the development of a new Wooden Bakery franchised outlet in the region of Hamra.

Wooden Bakery is the leader in this sector, with around 20 outlets in Lebanon covering the areas like: Airport road, Amioun, Awkar, Baabda, Bauchrieh, Chtaura, Dekwaneh, Elyssar, Fanar, Jounieh, Jbeil, Mansourieh, Tripoli, Zahleh, Zalka (main branch), Zouk Mikael, etc., in addition to regional franchises mainly in KSA with a considerable operation covering Riyad city (a market of 5 million potential consumers). Moreover, Wooden bakery has a large wholesale operation in various important territories in Lebanon covering the bread and its derivative lines of products.

1.1 Mission Statement

Wooden Bakery's mission statement is to provide baked goods of the greatest possible value to our customers and continue to develop a brand name that inspires trust and quality, thereby gaining and holding their respect and loyalty while achieving sufficient profit to finance our company and its growth.
