What were some of Apple's biggest successes and failures? Why? The three successful products are IPod, iPhone and, ITunes because these are unique products by their times. These three products were most successful because they appealed to the world biggest gaps. Their true success is their ability to produce products that set them apart from their competitors as Microsoft. Without a doubt Apple’s, long-term success can be contributed its blend a perfect match of Technology in the world of Art and Human interface technologies. And the biggest failures were the Cube was the biggest gamble Jobs had made since the release of the iMac. It would turn out to be an absolute failure, due primarily to its high price compared to Apple's other products.

How much of Apple's success can be linked directly back to its culture? Why?

The Apple Company cares more about the design of products than any other firms in the market do. Unlike Microsoft, which has historically done nothing like Apple job of creating stylish products, Apple gives the world more creative designs and products.

How do the actions of Apple apply to the TCOs?
Apple Company is one of the most successful companies in the world at class marketing and branding strategies. Apple brand right now one of the higher brands that all people know from all ages ,including the personal computer industry with its Mac line of computers and related software, products such as the iPod, digital music distribution through its iTunes Music Store, and more recently in the smart phones market with the Apple iPhones.
