Steve Job’s multinational corporation, Apple is a company that was founded on April 1st, 1976, and incorporated on January 3rd, 1977. It is ranked second in the’ top 100 Best Global Brands’, after the well-known and worldwide company Coca Cola. In this case, Apple indulges and takes in its biggest increase in brand value with an astonishing 129%.
It is no surprise that Apple have been so successful due to the technology and innovative ideas of Steve Jobs. He has already set the idea towards consumers that the Apple Products are a ‘must have’ and the company have set the impression that is is socially unacceptable to not being to the Aplle ‘Family’. Having this idea of being a part of something new and big attracts costumers instantly as they always want to have the best futuristic technology, especially now a days, living in such a materialistic world.
Apples identity stands out from the rest and everyone can recognise the logo right away. This is because of its innovative products, i.e. the iPad, iPhone, iPod and MacBooks. The impressive and sleek design of each product provides vibrant displays that capture the eye of the consumer before they even have an idea what it is or what it does! Apples is recognised and known for the incredible touch screen ideas. These ideas have become a sensation for consumers and no matter the price, no matter how expensive; consumers are lining up and willing to pay an incredible sum of money to have their hands on the products.
Apple offer great customer service and offer the chance of in-store experiences by educating each costumer on how each product works, and give the opportunity to view and be inquisitive about the products. Apple’s products are easy to understand and use, but if you do have a problem, Apple can take care of it as they will always have a store close by which you can visit and explain your problems, as the great customer service will always be there to help.
