A.1 Society is only meaningful if its purpose & ideals make sense in terms of the individual's purpose &
Ideals.
There is no society for the individual unless he has social status & function. There must be a definite functional relationship between individual life & group – life. With only individual society is not possible at all. Society is a Social Necessity. With the individual without function & status, the society is unfounded, countless & shapeless. The “rootless individual”, the outsider – for their not presence in the social function & status casts a man from the society, he follows – sees no society.
He sees only demoniac forces not civil forces, half sensible, half meaningless, half in light & half in darkness, but never predictable. They decide about his life & his livelihood on his part without the possibility of interference, indeed without the possibility of his understanding them. He is like a blindfolded man in a strange room playing a game of which he doesn’t know the rules.

Mr. Peter Drucker said to the society that we should spare time to include a “rootless person” like unemployed or retired, in to our lunch means make relationship with them & join them into society.
