The three important lessons learned while working through the simulation involving Samuels’s corn crops where monitor, measure, and improve. With monitoring, it is important to continuously keep an eye on all processes. Measuring involves the quality of the data and the parameters. Improve or improving involves brainstorming with monitoring and measuring the best possible solution(s) for improvement and making goals to continuously make improvements. • The errors are independent of each other.
• The errors are random.
• The population(s) is distributed normally.
• Variances should be the same for each... [continues]
