This essay is focuses on organisational dynamic organisations using Information System in supporting them to businesses. Dynamic capabilities are needed to gain fast and accurate information and data. Dynamic capabilities is define as the form’s ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competences to address rapidly changing environments (Teece, DJ Pisano, G 1997). Information Systems play as important role in helping organisations to achieve their goals, whatever those goals are. There are people or employees with different roles and levels would implement their task to achieve organizations goals. Information Systems play an important role in helping organisations to achieve their goals, whatever those goals are.

IS are very important in providing and influencing the sorts of experiences customers have and in building customer satisfaction. One of IS application is customer relationship management system, which involves activities of various departments, such as sales, marketing, operations and customer support to provide services with customer relation. IS help in payment process time for many companies, it helps a lot to decrease in payment delays problem for example when customer is waiting for retailer to finish up the payment process with the merchant machine. Thus, new IS provides greater certainty regarding payment date to companies for doing business. This better system, organizations can improve relationship with trading partner, and they could spend less on data entry and they could give more focus and more time on customer service.

The IS applications used by executive level is Executive Information systems, the role of Executive level is aggregate and summarise of past organisation data and does a projection of future.
