Analysis 5.1 I strongly agree with the student effort in and perceived benefits from undergraduate research. Firstly, student effort has a tremendous impact in undergraduate research. The total amount of hours that students worked on the project is directly related to the perceived benefits from undergraduate research. These benefits include communication, data collection, professional development, personal development, professional advancement, and responsibility. Upon reading this article I was surprised to find out that 98% of past and present undergraduate researchers would recommend it to their piers as a way to learn on their own and to help others. In conclusion: I attend to use many of the skills that I have developed in this to become better in future academic writing assignments. Obviously my new found writing skills will be applied when taking performance reviews and writing emails at work. The reason for this is the more professional one sounds the better chance one has at earning a professional wage.
