SIGNIFICANCE of PROJECT
As we are studying the course INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS in our first semester of BBA (HONS.) degree, so this project is very helpful for us so that we can understand the basics of any business. Due to this project we are able to understand the structure of business in detail. This project have provide us an opportunity to we develop our own business and to give its basic details. The project is very helpful to enhance our knowledge in the particular field of basics of business.

PROJECT STATEMENT
The project is about a 24 hours infotainment channel i.e NEWS 24H. INTRODUCTION
NEWS 24H was established in January 2006.Test transmission was started on 14th of August 2006 on PAS 10 digital satellite. Regular transmission was started on 1st October 2006. NEWS 24H is the 1st south Asian news channel to provide content comparable with excellent television broadcasters. NEWS 24H is the fastest growing TV channel in Pakistan with ratings exceeding all satellite delivered channels in the market. NEWS 24H has the widest distribution in Pakistan with 100% carriage within 90 days of launch. It launched the first interactive infotainment programs in Pakistan, engaging and empowering the viewer. Consistently scoops all rival broadcasters on major news events. Besides 7 bureaus in Pakistan i.e in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzafarabad, Gilgit, and Multan a robust international network feeds live content from New York, London, New Delhi and Kuala Lumpur.
