Mr. Ebenezer Scrooge
Firm of Scrooge and Marley
1234 Marleybone lane
Dear Mr. Scrooge:
I have read your ad in the paper and I am interested in a position as an accountant for your counting house. My associates tell me you are a remarkable businessman in need of an accountant and coincidentally I am looking for a job as an accountant. My skills as an accountant were widely praised when I was apprenticed to your former co-worker Dick Wilkins. I am not in great need of money due to the fact that I’m working for experience only so my salary will be negotiable. I am a fast, neat writer and I’m even very good with cooperating with others. I urge you to consider my application and I’ll be available for work by Christmas Eve .Thank you for your time and if you wish to have a reference please refer to Mr. Dick Wilkins or Mr. Daniel Boorstin. I look forward to meeting you in person so we may discuss in further depth about my resume. Sincerely,
To record and manage Mr. Ebenezer Scrooge’s work.
