“A Fable About Following Your Dreams”
(by:Paulo Coelho)
“Every few decades a book is published which changes the lives of its readers forever, Alchemist is one of them.”The whole novel is about the fact that when you wish for something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. This is the core of the novel's philosophy and a motif that plays all throughout Paulo Coelho's writing in "The Alchemist". "In order to get success you must follow the signs. Our duty is to work hard and rest is upon Allah, who blesses you with the reward of your efforts. It is narrated in Holy Quran that:

“There is nothing for human except for what he struggles”.

If a man is determined to get a thing and stick to it long enough, he will get it. But a serious effort is mandatory for this. Without which his destiny will be just a good dream for him. The novel shows how a shepherd transforms himself into a boy...
