I. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Alcatel One Touch designs, manufactures, and markets globally an expanding portfolio of mobile and Internet products designed to be as individual as the people who use them. Currently the fastest growing of the world's top ten mobile phone manufacturers, ALCATEL ONE TOUCH makes access to today's mobile lifestyle simple by offering colourful, easy-to-use devices equipped with the technology people need most at smart prices they can afford. Alcatel One Touch is a brand for mobile phones worldwide manufactured by TCL Corporation (Electronics Industry), a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (2618.HK) and part of TCL Corporation one of the largest consumer electronics companies in the world and Alcatel Mobile Phone, a brand of mobile handsets and a joint venture between Alcatel-Lucent of France and TCL Communication of China. The Group’s portfolio of products is current sold in China and 120 countries including Philippines.
The aim of this study is to further improve the business earning capabilities by planning strategies that would fit the business model and manufacturing process with regards to the business organization’s structure. The paper would include numerous methodology upon coming up with a strategized plan, its timed execution and process and the plan to sustain its developed competitive advantage. The results are then visualised thru the comprehension and analysis of the strategy once applied and executed.
