Executive Summary
The purpose of this report is to analyze the available market, determine a target market, and develop a marketing strategy that would allow our new treadmill and game to sell well. This is a product created by our team which will make running on a treadmill a lot more fun and bring back the joy of exercise. This report will analyze the various components of the marketing plan, which includes analyzing the market situation, performing a SWOT analysis for what may arise in the market for this product, determining the marketing objectives and any possible issues that might occur, and describing an in-depth marketing strategy. We highly recommend this product, the main reasons to exercise currently involve health benefits, aesthetics, and sense of accomplishment, and we need at least 3 hours every week of exercise for a healthy life style. However, many still find that they would rather spend their free time doing something more fun. It is often inconvenient to find a group of people to play sports with, and sometimes also expensive. Even if they can exercise outside for a more enjoyable time, due to weather and other conveniences reasons, they end up running on a treadmill. We want people to regain the goy of exercising and improving on their fitness goals. Our new treadmill would base on Oculus Rift, which are special goggles that immerse you in the game’s virtual world, exercises will be very enjoyable. The objective of Run is to maintain users healthy, active, and immersed, we wish for them to enjoy their experience and believe that investing in this product was a great choice.

1.0 Current Marketing Situation
1.1 Product Description
The product would consist of a treadmill and various game modes. The treadmill would be one that would allow for sprinting speeds and allow inclinations of up to 15 degrees and have bars at the front and the sides for safety, and a mat for the back. The System would not contain the traditional internal computer and display, but rather that work would be shifted to the computer or the console. It would have an Arduino for communication with system. This would parse the input from the computer/console and generate the appropriate signals to the treadmill, and would give information about the current state of the treadmill back to the computer/console. (Arduino, 2014) The game would be created with the Torque 3D graphics engine by Garage Games. It is the key to the project, as it would allow for development of the games to begin immediately and would allow us to create rich worlds that the user can be immerged into.
