Introduction of AEON Co., Ltd.
• It was first established in 1926 and in 1970 there companies, Futagi, Okadaya and Shiro formed the
JUSCO Co., Ltd.
• In 2001 the company change it name to AEON Co.,
Ltd .
• In 2008, the corporate structure is change, AEON
Co., Ltd become a holding company while AEON
Retail Co., Ltd take over retail operation.
• 2011, all JUSCO and Saty officially changes it name to AEON and JUSCO stores and shopping centre are rebranded to AEON in 2012.
