Coffee and Tea: Healthy or unwell?

Coffee and tea, two of the world’s favorite beverages, are still being questioned regarding their health effects and benefits to human body. Although both drinks are famous because of their aroma, taste, and varieties, people are still not sure if both are safe or harmful to drink.
Coffee, an every morning, afternoon and even an evening drink, is a popular beverage enjoyed by billions of people around the world; whether, it’s hot or cold. This kind of drink serves as an energizer or boost whenever people wake up or work in the middle of the night. Coffee is rich in antioxidants and prevents some sickness like diabetes and Parkinson’s disease. It also prevents the formation of kidney stones and gall stones in the system, and can affect the mental performance of a person.
Tea is also a popular drink enjoyed by people, whether hot or cold. This drink serves as a cleanser of the body and usually drank after meals. Tea is a great medicine for losing weight and having a thinner body, and can be a great antioxidant too. Also, tea prevents cancer, manages menopause, and is a natural source of fluoride.
Both drinks are good source of vitamins, minerals, and body-protecting antioxidants which makes them healthy to the human brain and body. However, both contain caffeine, a drug and a mild central nervous system stimulant, and tannin which dry up watery contents in the body, which are harmful to the human health.
Two famous beverages in the world, coffee and tea, can affect the human body positively and negatively. Each has their own way in affecting the body positively. However, both are similar in their contents which are caffeine and tannin that affects the human health harmfully.
