Addressing Challenges of Groups and Teams
In order to develop a training plan, it is important to take in consideration many variables that will help us to establish which is the most accurate effective way to fulfill the company’s needs. This will allow the individuals to reach their goals in a more effective way.   After completing my research, I have decided to look further in to the reasons for the failure of the Chrysler Corporation. More directly, the method or reasons how the failure of group or team tasks and goals contributed to it. I will also examine the way these short falls could have been corrected without loosing the support and confidence of the employees.
To be able to create and develop a training plan, steps must be taken in the order of relevance, where the most relevant is the mindset of the employees. Questions such as how they intend to reach the goal, do they prefer to work in teams, as a group, or individually? We can determine these preferences by having each person fill out a survey or questionnaire that was designed specifically for that purpose. Once the data is collected and we now have a firm understanding of how each prefers to participate, we can then take another step in designing a functional training program.  
The most effective training method for Chrysler is the role-play training method. This will allow participants to be active and motivated, facing real situations that maybe they have faced before but did not have a positive resolution for the company. Role-playing may will also allow the employee to revisit these unfavorable situations and review other possible solutions, without risk to the company or the employee.
One major concern is that all training be done during normal business hours, as not to interfere with regular family or personal time off. Once issues related to location and time have been decided upon, we would present a detailed explanation of the training plan.
