ACE INTER MBA MEET MINUTES

The meeting was called to discuss the feasibility of the proposal from student’s council with college management at 6:20 pm.

DISCUSSIONS
The meeting was formally started by the chairman Jeevan Ghimire and then the agenda of the meeting was briefly introduced by Anish Baidya.
Motion was presented by the president of student council-Pravin Ratna Shakya. “Ace Inter-MBA Meet” was proposed from November 15, 2013 – November 21. Events like sports, music, dance and talent competition and the overall budget for this program was estimated to be Rs. 1500000.
Prastuti KC presented the activities and the events that will be taking place for this upcoming event. Debate Competition will have a total 10 participants. Dance and music competition can have solo or group participants.College promotional exhibition to promote MBA, MBAe & EMBA classes of respective colleges. There will be food stall, the students have planned to prepare selected tasty items by themselves such as MOMO, Sekwa, Choyeela, Burger, Chop, Newari food. Apart from food there will be flower stall, face painting, and bingo. Fashion show and dance party will be held only on the last day of the event. For this the allocated budget was Rs 150000.
Parichit Giri has planned to divide the sports event into two section i.e. indoor and outdoor. In indoor activity- chess, table tennis, dart , badminton is included which is conducted on the ace college premises, similarly 11 side football , basketball , marathon and tug of war are some of the outdoors. All the games will be held in college premises
