Below is a list of your immediate chain of command. Ensure that you are going through the proper channels if you are having any issues, questions and/or concerns. Ensure the first person you go to is me. I am your squad leader and I will ensure that any questions you have are answered and any issues you may have WILL be taken care of in a timely manner. Please allow me the opportunity to assist you before you take any issues any higher than me. Although 1SG and SFC Platoon SGT offers an open door policy, do not abuse it. I am more than motivated to work with you to ensure that your issues and concerns are taken care of immediately with quality results. Do not hesitate to come to me! PT is routinely conducted each day during duty hours using the Army's Physical Readiness Training (PRT) which can be referenced in TC 3-22.20; however, PT is highly encouraged to be conducted on your own in addition to our daily PT sessions. You are required to maintain your body in accordance with AR 670-9, thus I expect you to give 100% each day at PT. Do not cheat your body. Push yourself past your limits further and further each day and strive to exceed the standard! As part of your PT routine, include cardiovascular and strength training. The standard uniform will vary by season/weather thus ensure that you have all sets of issued PT uniforms. During the cold seasons, long sleeve PT shirt, pants, jacket, gloves with fleece cap and Army PT shorts worn under your pants is the standard (be prepared to downgrade your uniform at any time).
