It mainly achieves its objective through the reduction of fear among the members of the society, eradication of crime or putting it to low levels, and most importantly it contribute much of its efforts to bring justice to the people of the public without any form of prejudice (Abu Dhabi Police, 2011). Therefore, it is a kind of a bureaucratic organization which coordinates its efforts to achieve a saver community in the areas it operates in. Mission and Goals
Confidence of the general public can only be achieved only if there is enough security. This includes both the citizens and the visitors who can consecutively be involved in investment in the country (Abu Dhabi Police , 2011). This has completely led to Abu Dhabi to have a mission of providing a safer community through reduction of crime, and contribution towards the act of justice being implemented in the best manner as their goal to achieve their mission. Technology is the most dynamic factor in production, however if there is no any adjustment with how it changes, then the organization may find itself providing for services which are outdated.
