Abortion: the deliberate killing of the most defenseless among us
Abortion
Abortion is the deliberate killing of the most defenseless among us. Unfortunately, many people believe in and are supporters of abortion. Their intentions on why the support the cause are of course varied as to why they believe in abortion.
First before you consider an abortion you should know what it entails. An abortion is an intentional act that kills an unborn baby. Without any drugs or anesthesia the unborn child is dismembered, torn apart, and vacuumed out of the mother. In the case of a near-term or partial-birth abortion, the baby is turned around and pulled partially out with its head still inside the mother. The abortionist then plunges a sharp object into the back of its neck and vacuums out the brain. This is such an unpleasant thing to imagine, to think that it is legal to do such a thing to a poor unborn baby.
I believe that if you become pregnant, unless you are raped, that it is your responsibility to take care of that baby. To do everything in your power to make sure it lives. Even if you don’t want the baby you can give it up for adoption, someone else will surely want it that cannot have children. If you are able to get pregnant, then you are able to take the precautions to stop from getting pregnant. There are many forms of contraception to be had. If you have been raped and become pregnant, that is so horrible I could not imagine raising or even having that child inside me. Constantly reminding you what had happened to you. If you were/are strong enough to get passed that you are truly amazing but in most cases, I don’t think women would be able to handle such a reminder. I still think that you should try and keep the baby until you can give it away, but that is between you and God. I would have prayed and prayed about the right thing to do. Sometime they have a way of working themselves out for the better. I had a miscarriage and I knew it was God helping me in one of my most terrible times; I had him when I needed him most.

Abortion is murder of an innocent life, and it is completely wrong in every way. There is no justification that could cover the fact that we are murdering our most defenseless human beings, and if anything we should be doing everything to protect them and keep them safe from danger, but yet some are doing the complete opposite. Abortion should never be an option, and one should never feel like abortion is the only choice because it is not the only choice. One must understand that abortion is not just, and people must come to their senses and realize the true outcomes of aborting a…

Furthermore, I struggled to get pregnant and went through infertility treatments. We also looked into adoption. Nevertheless, I have multiple friends who have weighed the decision to have abortions or to keep their babies. Moreover, some decided to terminate their pregnancies and some kept their babies. Looking back, my friends who kept their babies did not finish college and struggled to get going in life. However, at this time in life I would say they are all equally happy except for one of my friends has had severe guilt and anguish her entire life over her decision to have an abortion. Lastly, I do think about the unborn fetus and my heart breaks for missed opportunities. However, it is no one’s right to infringe their religious beliefs on any womans reproductive…

It is hard to find a single definition for the word “abortion.” Dictionary.com states that an abortion is also called voluntary abortion and it is the removal of an embryo or fetus from the uterus in order to end a pregnancy. However, google states that an abortion is defined as the deliberate termination of a human pregnancy, most often performed during the first twenty-eight weeks of pregnancy. On the contrary, Merriam Webster defines an abortion as a medical procedure used to end a pregnancy and cause the death of the fetus. Just reading these definitions begin the argument of whether or not abortion should be legal and if it is “morally” right. Abortion has become a popular topic of discussion across politics and within churches. Although both sides have valid arguments, it is up to the woman carrying the child to decide whether she will keep the child or not. No government, nor religion should force someone into making a decision they weren’t fully supportive of.…

Abortion has been one of the biggest controversies of all time. Many people believe it is immoral and even consider it to be murder. Abortion is defined as: the termination of pregnancy by the removal from the uterus of a fetus or embryo prior to being capable of normal growth. Pro-life believers do not support this idea of induced abortion and believe it should be illegal. Many of these supporters do not realize that if abortion were illegal they would still be performed; back-alley abortions, as well as self-induced abortions have been done as long as history has been written, unfortunately by illegalizing abortion it is not preventing it from happening, rather forcing women to once again undergo unsafe, potentially harmful situations.…

A woman feels that she has authority to do what she wants with her body. Some of these women feel that they are not ready to take on the role of motherhood, have the financial means to raise the child, or have the support by a spouse or family members. In other cases, rape or incest resulted in a pregnancy that was not done willingly by the woman involved. These sets of women are those who look at abortion as a sense of redemption from the situation that they were put in. In other words, a quick fix is something they’re in search of. In the eyes of our society, it is stated that is just as much of the woman’s fault as is the man’s because they feel women contribute to the possibility of being raped whether it be by the way they dress or the environment they put their selves in. Victims in this situation feel as if they are at fault and put all the blame upon them which raises the chances of an…

How would you feel if you were a woman who has been unexpectedly impregnated and all of a sudden, you would have to drop everything you have done in your life, school, and work? How would your friends and family react to this? What would happen to your social status? This is the dilemma many women face who have had an unwanted pregnancy. Children have been born into homes that were not expecting a baby or unsuitable homes where the parents live in poverty. Children born into unsuitable homes will frequently have social, physical and mental problems. Whether the parents don't have enough money to support the child, or there is an abusive parent, the child will be damaged and wont have a proper upbringing. "Unwanted children are [also] more likely to commit crimes." If the child was expected and was planned, most likely the parents will take the proper precautions in having a baby, such as getting financially situated and having a nice home in a good neighborhood.…

Abortion is the act of killing the foetus or baby while it is still in the mother's womb. In the US and many other countries this is legal for the first four months of the pregnancy as aborting after four months is said to be terminating the life of not so much a foetus but a baby. There are a few different methods of abortion. One is to have the baby surgically removed through which the baby's feet are pulled by the abortionist and the living baby is pulled out of the womb except for the head. The abortionist then creates a wound in the base of the baby's skull with scissors or a metal tube and removes the baby's brain with a sucking vacuum-like machine before completely delivering a dead baby. Another way is to medically abort which involves taking medication in the form of a tablet to make impossible conditions in the womb for the baby to live and then delivering the dead foetus.…

Every single year, (it) kills about as many Americans as have been killed on all the battlefields in all of the wars in U.S. history combined. Abortion is a national disgrace.
