Abortion Is Wrong
            First off, let me begin by defining abortion. Abortion is the termination of pregnancy by the removal or expulsion from the uterus of a fetus or embryo, resulting in the cause of its death. I further add that abortion is wrong. It is murder. Abortion should be illegal; it is the killing of an unborn baby. Are we allowed to go out into the world to murder whomever we like? No, we are not. So why should it be ok for doctors to commit murder on helpless unborn babies?[BH1]
            Not only do I think that abortion is murder to the unborn baby, it is also potentially harmful to the mother. The many risks a woman faces after getting an abortion are increased chances of future ectopic pregnancies, increased chances in developing breast cancer, infertility, physiological/emotional trauma, and many more to include death. Therefore, I still can’t see why women choose to have abortions, especially when you put your own life in danger.
            Are we not aware of the mutilation theses babies go through with abortion procedures.[BH2]   In the Dilation & Evacuation (D&E) procedure, this method is used up to 18 weeks' gestation. Instead of the loop-shaped knife used in D&C abortions, a pair of forceps is inserted into the womb to grasp part of the fetus. The teeth of the forceps twist and tear the bones of the unborn child. This process is repeated until the fetus is totally dismembered and removed. Usually the spine must be snapped and the skull crushed in order to remove them. I can’t see how an individual could do such a thing; it’s a lot to stomach even when reading articles from my computer.
            The things I have read about on abortions are horrific. I have read many articles on methods of abortions failing resulting in babies being aborted alive. There was one story that caught my attention, a baby was alive after being aborted and the abortionists put the baby in a
