Abercrombie & Fitch Co. ("A&F") a specialty retailer operates stores and direct –to-consumer operations through its subsidiaries. Incorporated in Delaware in 1996, Abercrombie & Fitch Co. under the Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie kids, and Hollister brands sells: casual sportswear apparel, including knit and woven shirts, graphic t-shirts, fleece, jeans and woven pants, shorts, sweaters, and outerwear; personal care products; and accessories for men, women and kids. The Company also operates stores and direct-to-consumer operations offering bras, underwear, personal care products, sleepwear, and at-home products for women under the Gilly Hicks brand. A&F operates over thousand stores in North America, Europe and Japan.

Abercrombie & Fitch had an increase of 18% of the company net sales from $2.929 billion at the end of January 2010 to $3.469 billion at the end of January 2011. The net sales increase was attributable to a 7% increase in comparable store sales, a 40% increase in the direct-to-consumer business, including shipping and handling revenue, and new stores, primarily international. The impact of foreign currency on sales for Fiscal 2010 and Fiscal 2009 was less than 1% of net sales. Operating income for Fiscal 2010 was $231.9 million, which was up from $117.9 million in Fiscal 2009. Net income from continuing operations was $150.3 million and net income per diluted share from continuing operations was $1.67 in Fiscal 2010, compared to net income from continuing operations of $79.0 million and net income per diluted share from continuing operations of $0.89 in Fiscal 2009. Net income was $150.3 million and net income per diluted share was $1.67 in Fiscal 2010, compared to net income of$0.3 million and net income per diluted share of $0.00 in Fiscal 2009. Net cash provided by operating activities, the Company's primary source of liquidity, was $391.8 million for Fiscal 2010. This source of cash was primarily driven by results from operations adjusted for non-cash items including depreciation and amortization and asset impairment charges. The Company used $160.9 million of cash for capital expenditures and had proceeds from the sale of marketable securities of $84.5 million during Fiscal 2010. The Company also repurchased $76.2 million of Common Stock and paid dividends totaling $61.7 million during Fiscal 2010....
