Description of Business:

This business will provide wedding collections and event management to clients. We will provide dresses for both bride and bridegroom on order basis as well as on contractual basis. There will be the provision for purchasing all bridal cosmetics to ornaments. In the event management program, we will provide the Wedding Ceremony Program on discount basis as well as we will sell materials which are needed to arrange a wedding event. Primarily we are targeting only the Muslim and Hindu religions for providing our products and services as in our country most people belong to these two religions. But in near future, we will come up for other religions as well. It is basically a Partnership business under the Partnership Act 1932.

Financing:

Initial investment from the five partners will be taken in equal basis of 15,00,000 taka each which accumulates equal to 75,00,000 taka. There is no loan taken to cover the start-up costs or any operational costs even partially. This business is totally based on equity capitalization formed through equal contribution of five partners.
