Abstract

As I did my research while keeping the scenario provided in mind, I interpreted that new inventions are always on the rise. The key is to come up with one that is innovative, different from the rest or simply get a product and make it better. At the end of the day, we know that coming up with new inventions does not come easy.   We acknowledge that during the very start of trying to launch your company, there may be some frustrations due to some difficulties and much hard work. The very first initial step such as coming up with a business plan is probably the hardest of them all, and if you have a business partner, it gets even more difficult. “It has been noted that the branch of success is based on the experience level of management and the coherence of your business.   This new invention will be best delivered through a private corporation that in turn will reap rewards, at a minimal risk and advance to a global status.” (Dalby, B. Jaska, P. Merriman, C, & Walters, A.*(2009) that is the dream in which I believe every owner would like to set as a ultimate goal.
In this research I have had opportunity of showing the reader how it is that a novice will have the chance to build a business on their own. However it is important to plan and research the needs or demands for your product or service. Decide how they want to register their company. Is it as a sole proprietor, in a Partnership or as a Corporation?
In this research I will also illustrate the benefits of functioning as a Corporation and as a Partnership and why it can be beneficial.

A New Business Concept
The United States is best known for the opportunity to build on your own efforts and knowledge.   Having a business in this country is the opportunities that many do not have in their countries.   Your efforts are best rewarded when you work for yourself in a capitalist country, so it is said.
